Bostik 381513 Leather Adhesive - 20ml

It's an instant adhesive but it has a second fantastic use

I've used it to fix my rubber neck seal on my dry-suit. This a hard job to do with an instant adhesive as things never go quite where you want. Instead, you apply the glue lightly and evenly to both surfaces and then leave them to dry completely in 24 hours. Fit the dry surfaces where you wish and then use the tip of a hot iron to melt the glues and seal the bond, bit by bit. Fantastic! And no mess.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Stick to it!

Purchased initially to repair a small tear in a PU leather footstool, a job which it did very well indeed and despite daily use still continues to hold up. Since then I have used it for countless other sticky jobs of all kinds on a wide variety of materials and surfaces and in each one it has proved its worth. Great VFM. Maybe give another product a go, it didnt work well for me, too weak. I have worked with leather a lot over the years, restitching and repairing it and expected better results from this brand. This product is just so so, works ok on binding thin leather.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Cheap but not very effective

I bought this glue to stick heels onto my work shoes and followed the instructions carefully but after allowing the glue to cure for a week the second time out I wore them in the rain and a heel separated from the shoe. Leather Saviour

Saved my favourite leather armchair where the leather was detached causing my wife to want to dispose of it. Now it’s in fine fettle and she can live with it. Great strong leather glue

I have always used this glue to mend my sandals, shoes and boots. Follow the instructions and after 24 hours the shoes will be as strong as new ones. Excellent glue for leather
