May need to reduce length of insert.
Excellent original Bosch product. With the template guide I was using it was necessary to reduce the length of the insert by approx 5 mm to achieve clearance below the guide and the workpiece. Very poor quality product
The bush shattered under normal vibration from normal use, it caused significant damaged to the worktop and worktop jig in the process. If I needed a similar product again, I would buy it from Bosch. The damage caused has cost over £200 to repair. See attached images.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Too long for my work top jig.
As far as I know I have a pretty standard worktop jig that needs a 30 bush guide. Once fitted this guide was sitting below the jig by 5mm ish rendering it useless until I cut a section off the bottom with a hack saw. It is now spot on. Good product
Perfect fit for my GKS600 router. It's not too long by 5mm like other reviews state. You will need a long bit though, if your worktop is thicker than 25mm.
