Excellent ...if the studs can take the torque.
I needed to remove 3 exhaust studs from the cylinder head of my motorcycle.One had rusted so badly it was down to about 4mm in width from 8mm.The other 2 were in good condition but were resisting all attempts to unscrew them..Anyway this tool got a really good grip on them and I was able to unscrew them,using considerable force without the tool slipping.The other one snapped off as I thought it would.So this tool is excellent if the studs are not too badly corroded.and weakened by rust.Vollständige Rezension lesen

A great tool - excellent value.
Excellent product which clamps tightly onto the stud and can be used with an impact driver which makes stud removal easy. I used it to remove 18 studs from an alloy block - a little local heating of the block with a blow torch around the location of each stud and they came out effortlessly.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Low Cost, but Does the Job....
I was a little sceptical about how well this would work, but along with some heat applied to the task, this extractor succeeded in removing several 70-year-old exhaust manifold studs without any great difficulty. So well worth the modest purchase price.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Done exactly what it should.
Extremely happy with bluespot impact stud remover. Easy to use, just put it on and keep turning. Really worried that is never get this stud out. Well worth the £9.98

Great bit of kit for the toolbox
I bought this to remove a stripped stud when installing a new water pump for my BMW E46. It did the job perfectly and removed the stripped stud in a matter of seconds. Great addition to the toolbox.

Not up to it!
Used once on seized studs in motorcycle head and the jaws on the gripper disintegrated. Seemed like a good sturdy tool but I was proved wrong.

Not used yet but based on reviews and youtube videos I'm sure this will be a great addition to any toolbox and will be invaluable at some point.
