A good overview of Harley's career
This book starts out with the first story featuring Harley Quinn in the mainstream Bat-universe (as opposed to the animated show, which is a different continuity.) We meet Harley, and find out how she met the Joker and was trapped in his web, betrayed by him, and rescued by Poison Ivy, during the cataclysm that hit Gotham.
The other stories are taken from here and there around the mainstream Batman continuity. The artists' styles and writers' work differ, but they all showcase facets of Harley's personality---and sometimes we get a little glimpse behind the harlequin costume and makeup, some inkling of an idea of how much it must _hurt_ to be Harley Quinn.
