BSN Beta-Alanine Unflavored Powder Supplement 300g

Good Value, if you can stomach it!

Ususally, I buy unflavored beta alanine and make my own pre-workout. I saw this for only $10 so I thought it would be a good buy being a decent company. Normally beta alanine Is a small crystalline structure. This came as a white powder. When mixed beta alanine should be colorless. This turned my bottle very cloudy. Normally beta alanine has very little discernable taste. This beta alanine tastes very sour and even slightly salty. ( I would compare it to alka-seltzer). Normal beta alanine also only takes 1.5g to feel it. I didn't feel anything from this until I put in a full 4 grams. This may be cheap but if you want better beta alanine make sure it's 100% carnosyn beta alanine and not a blend like this one. Your tastebuds will thank you!Vollständige Rezension lesen

Well worth the price

It pretty good for the price point but the texture is alot different from other brand I have used but all in all still good from a well known brand like BSN

Good stuff

Seems to work well and is a good value considering how long one container lasts. It does give a pins and needles sensation but I kind of like that, lol.

Beta- alanine review

There was no scoop in the container that I purchased. Other than this the product is just fine.

I like it helps with stamina and recovery. I take 1 teaspoon before and 1 teaspoon after working out
