Easy replacement for standard jockey wheels and noticeably smoother
Very impressed with these replacement jockey wheels which I fitted to my Shimano 105 derailleur. The old ones had worn so I thought I'd go for the Rollerboys especially as they were at a reasonable price.
They fitted easily using the small spacers to cover the bearings and spin much more freely. In fact the whole drivetrain felt more smooth and easy after fitting. Whether they save any energy in pedalling is difficult to measure but they certainly feel like an improvement over the original.
Will keep an eye on them long-term to see how they stand up to inclement weather but at the moment all is good.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Instant gear changes
Bought these for my Wife’s Cannondale Synapse running a 105 short cage rear mech. It’s made a massive difference in quality of gear change. Changes are much snappier, I guess it’s down to the lack of ‘play’ in the roller as they are now bearings instead of the original loose roller setup. Good Quality Carbon Bearing Jockey Wheels.
The carbon bearing jockey wheels l bought are very good quality and work a treat on my bike.
Very little drag or friction.

Great upgrade
My 105 jockey wheels were totally shot so I thought that I’d give these a go. Easy to fit and certainly seem to do the job. Being ceramic I must have saved at least half a watt 😀

First thing I do is replace the Campag jockey wheels with the RollerBoys
These jockey wheels are so much better than the standard Campag and Shimano jockey wheels.
They just keep working with no maintenance necessary.
