Not what I expected

I was looking for an electronic noise canceling device for ear protection here defenders so I guess this is not what I was looking for

Mine have the caps that can be opened an...

Mine have the caps that can be opened and they work great for blocking out loud noise but I can still hear my radio and even answer my phone with the plugs in.
