took it to large locksmith facility. They were unable to program as it is after market product.

Good product for a great price
I recently found out that my used car that I've had for over a year has a two-way alarm and remote start system. I decided to get the "secondary" remote (i.e. not the primary remote with the LED screen), and this was the lowest price of both new and used remotes at the time. It got here two days before estimated, and conveniently had pairing instructions for each of the different compatible models printed on a label on the bag it came in. These instructions ended up being more simple and clear than the ones in the alarm system manual.
The only downside to this remote (which is more of a personal issue rather than a product issue) is that with the amount of keys on my key chain in my rear pocket, I will occasionally sit down and make the car start or alarm go off. It would be nice if the remote came with an on/off switch in the body of the remote, or perhaps a cover so the buttons would be protected in your pocket.

Replacement remotes

Great Replacement!
Installation instructions were good. Remote starter hooked right onto my system after a few tries. Has a lot of good power from the remote for connectivity. Great construction.

Great Replacement
I purchased this remote not quite knowing if it would work on my vehicle. I went to YouTube and I found that on mine you only have to hit the reset button once instead of 8 times. Works Great

Better than Nothing
I can only get one button to work. Either Lock or Unlock, but not both. I chose the Unlock. To either lock or unlock my doors I push the Unlock button. It's not the best solution but at least I can operate my alarm somewhat.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Perfect replacement.
I ordered this because I broke the case on my original. I wanted the case so I swapped out the inside and battery. I had no problem doing this and I still have a NEW INSIDE PART if I should need it.

Works for my Avital 3100LX
Paired immediately with my 3100LX. I used the instructions for the 3300 - press and release the valet button 8 times within 5 second of turning the ignition on.
