Lacks pictures
I like a cookery book to have pictures to give you ideas on how to serve and so you what it is supposed to look like. This has nowhere near enough and as I don’t know these dishes and wanted to try new things it’s really not very helpful. Knows her stuff
Expert in her field - perhaps fewer recipes and more pictures that her book from the 1970s that I have - but ny husband wants to learn to make tagines, so it will do for that.
