The product worked as expected, no issues with webcam, or the wifi antenna that is comes built in. The product was shipped with layers on layers of padding, so it was pretty secure during transit.

defected and not functioning as normal.

the screen is loose, when I open my computer it doesn't stay up. The technician who did the replacement said that the spring in the new screen was damaged or loose when detached from the computer they sold to me. Therefore now I have to put something behind my laptop to keep it open and from shotting down.
