Apple 6616594 13 inch MacBook Pro LCD Screen Assembly

Partially worked with my MacBook Pro; display worked fine just ramped up my cpu fan to high blast and operates slow

So, I had a grade B MacBook Pro mid 2012. There were scratches and dents all over just about.

The screen had a minor scratch on the coating but nothing serious. I planned on selling it and tried upping the value. I had it professionally installed and it worked until the fan was high and computer acted slow.

They’d charge me labor to swap lcd assemblies again and so I decided to troubleshoot. Read forums of the same issue and they suggest disconnecting the iSight camera. It did work and laptop was running normal; just have to sacrifice the webcam.

MacBook replacement screen

First time replacing a MacBook screen. Didn’t seem to have a backlight at first, but after resetting the PRAM and keeping it plugged in, it started up. Not a perfect screen, but B grade is what was advertised. Well worth the money.Vollständige Rezension lesen

The previously used replacement screen showed up as fast as could be expected and in good shape. It was packed very well. It took about an hour to install and it works great. Thanks!

Disfunctional?

Perhaps I broke the socket when plugin in the new screen. Because now the "menu" & "back button" doesn't work. The screen has some none functional areas and works poorly. The startup of the phone is about 3 min instead of 30 s. I tried reboot the phone but problem still remains. Any solutions or answers for this?Vollständige Rezension lesen

This is not a good quality parts, got some bad spot on LCD.
