Apple 61W USB-C Power Adapter for MacBook Pro

BEWARE: Reason to Believe These Are Non-Authentic/ Counterfeit Products

I bought two of these adaptors and recieved them today.

I currently own an original I bought with my Macbook Pro Touch that I bought from Apple direct 6 months ago, which I've used to compare to this product.

With this purchase:

1) The power adaptor is recognizablly lighter weight and less dense as a unit in total. Plastic casing is more hollow,
2) When you pop off the two prong power adaptor, in the body of the charger, there is NO serial number, where as the Apple original does have a serial number easily visable
3) The 2M charge cable does not fit cleanly or snugly into either the charger or my Macbook Pro. It must be wiggled in, and does not securely fasten like the orginal.
4) This product does not describe if this product is authentic or in-authentic to justify the price decrease when compared to purchasing the original.
5) the font on the charger is different when compared to original

Beware. I hope I am wrong, becuase the packaging and all other details come across as legitamite, but there is a huge market for bootlegging these necessities. Vollständige Rezension lesen

High quality adapter by Apple

A little pricey but does the job. Nice looking, well built and the cable is detachable. Detachable cables are important because if the cable gets frayed, as it tends to do, you won't need to replace the adapter. Just replace the cable and you're good to go.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Apple Rocks best discountd

Great value at 33% of Apple’s price new. Great power supply too. Pay attention to connectors needed to use. Don’t buy cheap wires either.

Looks sturdier than the OEM version....time will tell

I've just been using this for my macbook pro for a couple of weeks, but so far it looks sturdier than the original! Time will tell.

The adapter itself is in better shape than my own adapter which I have used for more than a one year. The free usb-c cable is beyond my expectation, good work !

Excellent Charger

I bought this as a backup for my original charger. I was hesitant because I didn't know if it would work. It works excellent with my MacBook pro

WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Not a real Apple product. The charging cable doesn’t fit correctly into the port and has actually caused damage. There isn’t a zero star option or it would get that.

M daughters base stopped working and I replaced it with this one and it has worked great. Been over a year and still going.

Genuine and brand new.

Product was still in original packaging. Works great. Is genuine!
