A musically charged play (think Trans-Siberian Orchestra) with a riveting story, BUT...the ending doesn't match with its predecessor.

Would Have Been Better As Its Own Story
It's no "Phantom," but this sequel has its own charm. In opinion it would have been better if it hadn't been a sequel to Phantom of the Opera, and had just been a story in it's own right.

Truly a magical movie with amazing music, gorgeous costumes in staging with wonderful cinematography and production. A great DVD at a wonderful price.
