The only thing lacking in this set is any spare blades for the cutter. The blades dull extremely quickly, and when they do, it can have a tendency to snag itself and start pulling the carpet apart. Luckily, the blade is reversible, but once you've done that, you're stuck with a poor cutting experience. I bought this carpet stretcher to do a one off job. I expected it to be inferior to what the professional carpet fitters use but it appears to be sturdy enough for daily use.
