Useful, but...
The magnifying glass is useful, the base is table, and the clips are useful to hold things. But... the quality of the grips holing the thing together is poor, and the wingnuts don't always hold the clamps or the lens in place. Well made. Great idea. Sturdy. Good quality. Good value for money. Easy to use and allows me to use both hands whilst getting a good close up on the jewellery I'm trying to perfect. So good that I think I'll order another one.

Extra hands
This was difficult to use for the job if it had more weight to the base then would have been more better. Great if your soldering small wires

Very good quality..but I would agree with other reviewers base could be larger/heavier...wing nuts. fidly etc..

Flimsy for anything but the lightest work
Cheap enough but the universal ball joints are very flimsy and will not support anything weighing more than a few grams. I would happily spend more to get something slightly more robust
