American Hustle (Blu-ray, 2013)

Good cast, good movie but not great. A little slow moving and confusing.

Good movie, not as good as I expected but not bad. Story was a little confusing and hard to follow and there was less action than I had expected.

Sexiest Movie of the Year

Captures the style and attitude of the 1970's like no other period piece to date. The look of this film is incredible, and the performances are strong, especially Jennifer Lawrence in her role as an unbalanced housewife..and Bradley Cooper has never been better, (or sexier) with his 70's perm. In fact the hair and makeup and wardrobe departments all need to be given stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, for their incredible recreations of an era gone by. Great movie, great soundtrack.

I really enjoyed this movie. I first saw it at the theatre and wanted to add it to my collection. A lot of star power and the acting was very well done. The soundtrack is very good on its own with a lot of popular hits from the late 70' and early 80's. The ending is something you don't see coming. choppy in it's story telling and confusing. It was a movie about characters and none related to the story.

Could have been a much better movie with a better script. Actors were good but story was lame.

They don't make movies like this anymore. All the fun and entertaining stuff you want to see in a good movie and none of the social engineering sometimes insulting stuff you don't want to see. I've watched the movie three times and keep finding new funny content.Vollständige Rezension lesen

American Hustle should have won the 10 Academy Awards it was nominated for !

How often do you get a cast and a script like this ? By far the best movie made last year ! Much better than the movie that won everything .
