Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow (2004, Hardcover)

Hamilton...what an adventure!

A history teacher recommended this book to me and now I am hooked on reading American history. Hamilton was such an amazing story and Ron Chernow really put it into excellent words...for me it was a real page turner. I think this could be on every history teachers list of required reading in High School.

Enriching and Enlightening

Having fallen in love with Hamilton The Musical, was curious about the book Lin-Manuel Miranda based it on. It's very readable and I can see how his amazing lyrics rose from these pages. Excellent Book … Even without the Musical

Excellent biography. Actually read before my granddaughter explained that Lin-Manuel Miranda had used the book for his musical “Hamilton”. I enjoy political autobiography as well as biographies and this book is a great read.Vollständige Rezension lesen
