Very light & lovely & soft
The velour feel against the skin is wonderful, the memory foam is really comfy. The only thing i dont like is the press-stud fastening as it does not fasten round my neck.

Great neck support.
Only owned an inflatable neck pillow previously. This gives much better support and doesn't make you sweat. Will be ideal for my long flight at the end of the year.

very smelly
When it arrived it stank of dampness. I left it out to air, but that didn't help much. Have put it through the wash and it's a bit better, but not perfect.
