Excellent product and reliable business.
Product is good and working as expected so far......I always used ARRIS Modem for the past 8 years, it's the only modem I had always used, and I have never got any issue

The modem works great! I wish our cable company didn't take so long getting it provisioned. Anyway now I won't have to pay the rental fee anymore.

Pretty easy to set up and this great little device has two separate 1gig RF ports.

An excellent modem!
This modem has served me very well. It helps save modem rental fees which depending on the company can be up to $15 a month, This modem in particular works flawlessly with 500 Megabit internet, with even lower latency than the cable company provided modem. Works as it Should!
So far, so good! It's refurbished, so how long it continues to perform is anybody's guess - but I'm hoping I'll get some decent use out of it.

Best modem ever
Update from SB6141, I have Spectrum 200/20 and work flawless, even in many chats say that is not supported, I recommend this product to anyone that is getting ready for the 1g service in the future.

ARRIS SB8200 Modrm
FYI this is not a modem/router combo...to get online, you will need a router and your ISP will have to activate it as I frustratingly found out. Once set up it’s fast and works great.
