Not sure how effective it is, but that's true for most medications! It certainly has no side effects and I feel quite healthy.

The best Saw Pametto.
To my mind the Vogel's Saw Palmetto is the best and most effective I have come across. I have tried many others and none comes anywhere close. I have used this for years and have not noted any side effects whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to those unwilling to risk the kind of side effects associated with many of the prescription medications given for the same complaint. Excellent.
I suffered with a prostrate enlargement for years, and in the Summer months would need the toilet up to about eight times a night. The Alfusin that had been prescribed was simply not working. I then found Prostasan on the internet which had been successful with many men who had a prostrate problem. Within two days of taking them I was sleeping much better and now very rarely get up at all. Not the cheapest, but by far the best
Over several years I exhausted the list of medications suggested by my GP. None gave me any measurable relief from my prostate problems, and several had unpleasant side effects. I was getting up 4 or 5 times every night to go to the loo. In desperation I tried these Saw Palmetto capsules. I was not very hopeful, having previously tried cheaper versions purchased on the internet that didn't help at all, but after only a few days the effect was dramatic - nightly visits to the loo dropped to two and then to one, with no side effects. I have had no side effects but so far I am not sure if it is improving the situation, I think it takes a little time for natural medicines to be fully effective so fingers crossed.

Helpful produict to reduce frequency of urination
this is not the most powerful product on the market, I use it as an additional dosage of saw palmetto and it certainly helps.

Remarkably effective!
