great movie

Montgomery Cliff starts off with good intentions of becoming something in life, but ends up making a bad descision that ultimately ruins his life.

Good Movie

Liz Taylor and Shelly Winters are really good in this movie. I didn't really care for Montgomery Clift's character. I don't really know why Liz liked him so much.

A favorite of mine. Usually see it on TCM but the price was right, so I bought it. I'm sure the DVD is in good shape.
