HP 8500 OfficeJet Print Head Cartridge
No problem at all. Installed cartridge, printer recognized it, automatically ran a test, then printed a test page. Printer has not had a problem.

Hit or miss
Black/Yellow print head throws an error and can't print! Ironically this was the only print head that I actually needed, the Cyan/Mag was just "good to have". So now I'm back to the original Black print head that doesn't make it past the first page, so I'm going to try the "hot water" fix and see what happens. I don't know if these "new" print heads were actually refurbished (if so I would not have bought them in the first place), but I am less than impressed with the quality. Although to the vendor's benefit the Cyan/Mag does actually work pretty well (not that I have tried it past just a couple of pages), hence the 3 stars instead of 1. Working great so far
This print head came quickly and was packaged well. Had problems with prior print heads ordered other places but this one is working great so far. Printer took right off and print looks good.

The print heads did not work
I installed these print heads in my HP Officejet Pro 8500A printer and the printer reports a problem with both new print heads.
Since I opened the packages I assume I cannot return them.
The package shows the correct part number, but the printer tells me to replace the print heads after the new ones are installed.

Great cartridges!
Forget refills. New is the only way to be sure you're getting what you're paying for. Every single time I've bought a used and refilled printer I've had problems. But new... These worked great!

HP Print Head 940 leaked into the carton
The product arrived on time and works and at a great price. However, it had leaked ink out into the carton and stained my hands while installing it. Again, it works which is the major point. Bright Colors,Sharp Clean Printhead
The colors are clear and sharp, not smudging or runny.
Replaced print heads that were 9 years old.
Have used HP for 15 years.
Hp Officejet has always been a good product that lasts.

Great product.

HP 940 Magenta/Cyan Printhead
I had my printer for(HP Officejet Pro 8500A) for over 5 years. This is the second time I have replaced this printhead. Strangely enough, I have never had to replace the black/yellow printhead. Don't buy off-markey cartridges or printheads -- buy only genuine, new, hp products. They're way too expensive, but at least they usually work.
It didn't work … the printer could not complete "align printheads". I resolved the problem by throwing the printer away and buying a new printer, rather than pursue the cost ineffective solution of replacing a bad printhead.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
