These pin vices are heavy and hollow, so you can use the drills in mm increments and not break them...... really good for mechanics.. carb tuning.Jets and venturis

exactly what I need

I use these to hold different size drill bits that are used to clean oil passages in turbine engines.
The bits have to be rotated by hand to have the control you need to clean out the carbon buildup.

The chucks are off-centered. You cannot make a straight drill.
