Did as described on the label at a good price, hard to beat for value for money. Even comes with sock to cover mic.

intermittent on a Toshiba laptop

Connected to my Toshiba Laptop with analogue headphones and mic. I had intermittent problems with this splitter where by the other person could not hear me or it would cut out and i could not her them. I ordered a different one just to confirm whether if it was my laptop or the splitter. Upon examination it appears the jack on this one is slightly bigger and the other splitter worked fine on my laptop.

It does what is required

It does the job. I can now connect my phone's headphone socket to my kitchen radio so as to play my music. A plain & simple TRRS to TRS cable would have been better but I could't find one.

Good quality

Good quality, doesn't crackle when turning inside the audio port. Mic/headphone quality are still the same quality when using these splitters. Volume is not sacrificed for using these splitters.
