If there are other companies that make a 4-string set for Dulcimers, I don't know of them. This is a good set for loop strings; they are the correct thickness and give a good tone. They are long enough for any modern dulcimer and are easy to install and tune. They also have a good quality to them; with care, they won't rust or tarnish on your for a long time. D'Addario is great at making all kinds of strings, so if you want the best for your dulcimer, look no further than these bad boys. They sound wonderful!

Pretty Standard, Really Good.

These strings seem to be the go-to strings for Appalachian Dulcimers. They are on most of my Dulcimers and I love them. Good sound and they retune easily.
