This has work for me for years. A great drink to keep me regular and prevent "bloating". It also staves off hunger. This tea gets you going!!! Literally!!!
I'm chronically constipated, have been since childhood. It's not uncommon for me not to have a bm for a month. As you can imagine that causes quite a back up and it becomes a literal struggle to get the "bricks" out! I only recently found out that we should all go at least once a day...who knew??? I guess just not me. I've tried changing my diet to help me go at least once every other day and had resorted to laxatives. That all worked but inconsistently and the laxatives give me terrible cramps/gas/bloating or I had to drink an insane amount of water for it to work. This tea is AMAZING for me!!! One tea bag steeped for five minutes in hot water and four hours later without unpleasant cramps, bloating or anything else I was able to go comfortably. No straining, no hemorrhoids or bloody stools. I've never been one to have a bm more than once in a day unless I've got diarrhea but this tea made me go twice the first day, three times the next day and once the third day. And that was all from one teabag in one cup of water three days earlier. I'm SOOO grateful for this product. It's the difference between living comfortably and NOT. The only draw back for me (and of course because everyone is different and experience things differently this may not be your case) is that there was no warning, I just suddenly felt like I better go not now, but right NOW!!!!! Tea is no joke ..
I made the mistake of taking it at 5 pm after work . Then waking up to bad stomach cramps at 5 am in the morning Then running to the bathroom all day 😭

Ballerina tea works
I started drinking this tea because I cycle in the mountains. I needed to keep my weight stable, particularly over the winter months when cycling where I live is prohibited because of snow conditions.

I love this tea. It is gentle on the body but packs a punch. It doesn't have you making multiple trips to the bathroom. It's one and done. Great product!! l have used it for years.

I am please with losing 1 pound a day!
I was so sick of drinking the store boxed dieters tea I couldn't drink another cup of it so I decided to look online and found the Ballerina tea and read many reviews and decided to give it a try and WOW! I began to lose a pound a day it suppressed my appetite I think that's what I love the most I stopped munching and snacking and my gosh the price is amazing for this tea at first it did give me worry that I wouldn't be able to drink it because of the cramping the first day and I saw it was extra strength so I ordered the regular strength but before the regular strength arrived I was already used to the extra strength because by the second day of drinking it I felt much better and day by day I was able to adjust to it so now i'll drink the regular strength on the days I want a lighter affect but in all this tea is fantastic!Vollständige Rezension lesen...
