NOT EFFECTIVE!
Welded them on myself with new O2 sensors. Not very effective according to my scan tool. Threw an efficiency code in 200 miles. NOT worth the money. Buy something better

Went on with no issues Yes these are weld in but material is good and fit perfect on my 06 f150 quad cab 5.4ltr exhaust
