Why isn't this item sold at home improvement stores?
I looked everywhere for something like this so my wife would not have to carry a 5 gallon water bottle outside to fill it and then carry it back it each day. I ordered it, it came 4 days early, and now she just attaches it to the classroom bathroom style faucet and is able to fill the bottle easily. Every one should have one. Good idea, but didn't work for me.
Appears to be of good quality. Ingenious idea, but for me, it didn't quite work out. I wanted to use it off the faucet in a kitchen sink. It goes on very well. But ANY lateral movement, ie connecting a short water hose, and it will pull off. Which in turn makes a watery mess. Not much, but aggravating. So, I hope it works for you, better than it did for me. Great outdoors idea!
This is the most interesting item i have ordered in recent years. One side is like a standard hose connection, while the other end has this stretchy opening that fits tightly over many different size connections..It like a "one size fit all" type of connection.
I attached an old shower head to the stretchy side. This worked perfect for my garden watering..This device allows you to improvise your garden ideas in ways that was not available before.
I like this one enough to buy two.

Didn't work for us, pressure of the faucet just pushes the attachment off. Probably works better with lower pressure and/or larger area to fit the rub

Works Great for our Travel Trailer
The Water Bandit has come in super handy when we are camping with our trailer and not near a water spigot to fill our fresh water tank. I have used the Water Bandit and attached it to a 1-gallon water jug from the supermarket then connected to our fill wand and out water in our fresh water tank. Saves Some Heavy Lifting
Using this to connect the spout of my 6 gallon water can to a hose that goes to a fitting that fills my RV fresh water tank when dry camping. Saves some heavy lifting. Makes me look ingenious!
