This is the right manual for the 2010 Lexus RX 450H. What is different about it is that it is a black and white copy of the 2010 original, which was colored. Most everything is legible enough, just not is crytal clear as I would like, which is why this is four stars and not five. This Bolt 2023 EUV manual is easier to read because it is about 25% or more larger than the factory manual that came with the car. i like it much better!
