During the purchase of my recently-acquired my 2002 Subaru Outback Wagon, I noticed that it came with only one door/ignition key and entry remote control. The car's seller told me that's all that he had for the car.

As I have a habit of misplacing my keys now and then, I knew that I would need at least one spare set. I was quite surprised at the high price of the remote key fobs for the car. Thanks to eBay and the eBay seller who had them for sale, I bought a set of two remote fobs for less than one would have normally cost at the going rate.

The remotes arrived in a very timely manner, and I had no trouble at all 'signing the in' to the car's security system, following the instructions in the car's owner's manual (which also did not come with the car when I bought it, so the manual was another eBay purchase). Subaru Remote Fob Works Perfectly

Fits the existing circuit board perfectly. But, does not come with replacement screws. I will buy this product again. Be sure to save the screws from your existing remote fob.

OE equivalent

Bought this for a commuter car I bought that didn't have a remote at all. It was super easy to program and works great. I would highly recommend this item!

Better than one that came with my car.

The Key fob was lightly used and almost appears new. Programming for my car was easy. If you don't have an owner's manual to tell you how to program it, You Tube has ,any videos to help. My original key fob is almost 19 years old and has the name worn off of it. The buttons on the new key fob are a different color, but it works just like the original now and the case of the new one almost looks new. Came with a key ring and a battery already in it, but also a brand new battery for backup. That was a thoughtful item! All in all a great item to have at around $20.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Looks nice, feels nice, but doesnt work.

Alright. So, I bought this remote. Programed it, worked great for a week or so and it stopped working. The red light lights up, bottons work seems to have lost its signal?? Dunno, I gave 2 stars for price and finish, but function is null.Vollständige Rezension lesen
