1956 50C Franklin Half Dollar

1956 Franklin as part of a mint set of nine coins

You get off easy with 1956 when it comes to the half-dollar. Only one of the three mints produced this coin that year. The coin I purchased (to build a complete nine coin mint set for 1956), came with solid luster, minimal nicks and substantial bell lines. The half dollar is an important member of the set, and this coin fits nicely with the rest of the coins in the set, I am slowly working backwards on these, having every set from this year forward, and all from 1959 in the original government packaging.
