Excellent workout, recovering from surgery and recommended Pilates and I love using the gymball as a support mechanism. I felt really energised after completing the whole DVD. Happy to buy Pilates on the ball...

This is a great DVD...Pilates on the ball is a very good exercise with results while at the same time is very fun and exciting...I'm used to get bored of home working out but not with Pilates on the Ball...Moreover, the instructions are very clear and very easy to follow.Note: if your knees are sensitive try to use a towell or buy a pair of knee-caps.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

It arrived on time but did not play on the first few attempts had to give it a good clean, now enjoying the workouts :0)

Would recommend for a DVD to do at home

Enjoyed this DVD & some sections are hard work. Each ten minute slot goes really quickly so its not boring.

10 Minute Solution - Pilates On The Ball

Great workout if you have just had a baby. Workout is made up of 5 10 min segments which is brilliant as just as you start to feel tired, you are motivated to do the next one and so on. I have been doing this for a week now (had a copy which kept jumping so bought this one from ebay) and im reaping the rewards.
