The Importance of Prayer in Christian Life comes through clearly in this inspirationalvolume. I like the way it gives the modern version sfrom the Book Of Common Prayer and then, directly underneth, the 1662 version of the same prayer. The book is bookmarked by a Preface by the Arxhbishop of canterbury, and an Afterword byy the `Bishop of Wakefield. There is also a very useful index. The cop itself is in excdllent condition, and one would hardly know it was not a brand new purchase. I have purchased from Revival Bkks on a previous occasion, and was equally pleased. I also found some surprises scattered like liturgical diamonds throughout the book.
