Tap Handle Poor
Overall the Tap set is decent for DIY but the Tap wrench lacks an internal square drive portion to drive the Tap correctly. The Tap wrench just spins on the Tap.

You get what you pay for
Unfortunately the tap holder doesn't fit the 10mm & 8mm taps the also look extremely brittle. I did send an email to BlueSpot regarding the tap holder but never heard back.
