Interesting and worthwhile reading if you are a superfan of ER.

I was a fan of ER when it was first aired. I recently returned to it and was thrilled to discover it is as great as I remembered it. I think I have turned in to a superfan, because I've bought a couple of books on the series, of which 'Behind the Scenes at ER' is the best so far. It reveals a really interesting back story to how the series came together. As a writer, I was fascinated to read about the creative process. I also began to appreciate how innovative the story telling was for television. The book is nicely packaged in a soft cover with glossy, high-quality pages that seem rare these days. It lacks visual clout, but it makes up for that with interest in the reading. If you are a fan of this series, I think this is one of the most interesting books on ER that I have so far come across.
