Very engaging, beautifully written, very charming & humorous

Leslie Caron has written a very charming, honest and at times humorous autobiography. It is beautifully written and a very engaging read. I have seen many of the films she appeared in (mainly musicals) and so was eager to know a little more about her life. She comes across as a lovely lady totally unaffected by the Hollywood system and nature of business she was in. Many celebrities/stars of this era leave key things out of their autobiographies & some across as ego driven but Ms Caron's book is full of charming stories, various anecdotes about other celebrities and is full of humour, candour and most of all she comes across as an intelligent person who has integrity, is honest, warm and loyal.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
