Der Matcha hat eine sehr dunkle bis schwarze Farbe in der Tasse. Der Geschmack ist deutlich zu Bitter.
Ich kenn Matcha mit satten Grün und leicht bitteren Geschmack. An zu hoher Wassertemperatur liegt das unbefriedigende Ergebnis nicht.
