Shrink Temp is too high

Shrink temp is too high, normal wire insulation melts well below 350C.
This must have some aerospace/SR-71 kind of applications.
When I first read the specs, I thought that was 350 F and I thought
"yeah, tough teflon shrink on my track bike".
Oh no, thats 350 C (662 F). My heat gun didn't even begin to shrink it.
