When you have BOSS gear
Why oh why do you need this? Well the long story short seems to be BOSS gear is engineered to a particular standard and doesn't play nicely with other PSUs. This PSU works perfectly with BOSS pedals, but ultimately, it seems stupid in this day and age that they can't get all new boss gear moving forwards to run off common PSUs as this is overpriced. The USB standard for powering large tablets has more than watts and voltage and we'd all have one or two of these lying around.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Boss PSA-230 Power supply
What a difference this official power supply makes off to cheaper multi power supplies! No hissing, humming, overheating, or interference at all, and work perfectly with my Boss ME-50B, and countless other boss effects pedals etc. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable power supply.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Sounds with silence
Was having problems with noise with my pedals, irrespective of make of pedal or psu. Tried a friend's BOSS psu which cured the problem totally, so ordered one the next day. Quite expensive for a 'wall wart' but worth every penny.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Lightweight and easy to handle
This is a replacement for one I had previously. The only thing wrong with my last one was that the wires had started to bare and were shorting. Generic power supply ( unbranded ) for electric guitar pedals etc.
The main thing to realise before you buy , is that this is not a Boss power supply. It is a generic , unbranded product which apparently can replace the Boss item as advertised.
If you read the print at the bottom of the ad page , it will tell you this.

Genuine BOSS product, bought for a BOSS RC-30 Loop Station but also works well with other BOSS and similar 9 volt pedals.
