Super good product at a GREAT price!

This is really good stuff if you want to cut down on your sodium intake, although there is still quite a bit of sodium in this liquid. It is not salt! I use this stuff like it's going out of style.

Inexpensive for the value

IT's high in sodium but to mine more appropriate I cut it with water which stretches the model twice as long and put it into a pump sprayer and so I use less, all in all it then becomes a great buy. It adds a salty flavor to foodVollständige Rezension lesen

Does well as Kombucha starter

I use this when starting a new batch of Kombucha to keep the nasties away. Works well. This was a good deal but local store is now carrying so I can get these locally for $6 now.

its the anti soy sauce, same taste but is better for you. great price if bought online as opposed to a high price specialty store. braggs products across the board are high quality and great value.

Bragg's is the best for those of us who can't deal well with salt

Bragg's Aminos taste better than Soy Sauce or Tamari, and contain ZERO SALT. What is not to like? I use it on everything and just call it my black salt!

Yummy

A bit stronger then regular soy sauce,so I am able to use half the amount. I would prefer coconut aminos but this is a better value for the price. I have used the product in a rice dish and a pork tender loin dish. Both meals were a success. Will continue to use.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Salt Substitute

This product does contain sodium; however, I suspect that you have to use much less of this product to get the desired saltiness than you would table salt.
