Angostura Orange Bitters

I'm a died-in-the-wool Angostura Bitters fan which I add to my occasional gin & tonic every time I indulge. I had run out of my regular bottle and decided , that just for a change, let me try this new Orange Bitters and just to be careful in case I didn't really like it I also ordered anothe bottle of the regular Angostura. Tastes the same as orange zest - no peel required

You can get the same results with orange zest but this is easier and more flavorful.
