Once the remote was tuned into the TV it worked perfectly . We have a talktalk box and it says use the search button to tune to tv. There isn't one on the remote. However the search button is called my view on the remote.

You view remote

The buttons on my old remote were sticking all the time so I bought this one to replace it. It worked straight away when I put batteries into it so no tuning was required. Happy days.
