An excellent adaptation of the original Roald Dahl book that draws us away from its darker and more moralistic side

Item securely packaged and delivered in an efficient manner. No signs of any material wear and tear; item arrived in pristine condition, exactly as described and depicted.

This movie is essentially a prequel of Willy Wonka's foray into his dream job of being a chocolatier - filmed on location throughout England, with gorgeous landscapes such as Bath, Oxford, St. Alban's, Lyme Regis and Mapledurham adding to a back-story lovingly told by director Paul King and Simon Farnaby.

The choreography set to original music from Anthony Newley's most well-known Willy Wonka themes, along with more original words and music from 'Divine Comedy' members, Neil Hannon and Joby Talbot, is amazing and Timothee Chalamet (whose personality shines through) is ideally suited in the role of the titular role, playing the younger iteration of Willy Wonka.
