Revell 70 Charger Finaly done right!

Thank you Revell for finally bringing out a 70 Charger that is correct in the front fenders as well as the grill. I am a die hard 68-70 Charger guy and have had the pleasure of owning a few in life. My two 70's I had at one time will both be built from this car and the Revell 69 will be used for some parts such as the real seats and the stock engine. The front seats in this kit are the correct high back buckets that are in a 70 and it does have door panels even though they are the 68 and 69 style at least they are there to put in when building this car as a street car. A little note for those that want to build this the way I am. The hood from the AMT F&F 70 Charger which really is a poor excuse for a 70 has two hoods with it. one is cut out for the blower and injector to fit through the other is a stock hood that will fit this kit. I have two of these now and cant wait to get started on them. If your after a 70 that can be kit bashed with the Revell 69 parts then this is the kit for you. Close copy, but not entirely correct.

This is a good model, but it is not an exact copy of the car featured in the first "fast and furious" movie.
That particular car had the classic grill with visible headlights.

Crashed charger

The model itself was good, unfortunately the body was warped and did not fit properly. After heating the plastic to straighten it out, it melted.
