Grateful for they will stop my frostbite. However, I prefer the 8 hour toe warmers. These are perfect for 5 hours for sure.

Helps my cold toes

They are actually pretty hot, which I like about them. They stay warm for at least the advertised time (I didn't time it), and then the heat slowly fades. Perfect for work if you can't use a space heater. They are activated when you remove the sticker backing and you can stick them to your socks.
