you get what you pay for
didn't fit had to use a die grinder to make mounting pins go in
also had to round edges of die at to not have it dig into pipe

The holes were unevenly drilled and were about 1/32nd smaller on one side. Ended up having to chuck the pin in a drill press and sand it down to make it fit. Other than that, no issues.
