Mould to make large, pressed sushi rectangles. Durable plastic.

Works great. I just wish it made SMALLER sushi pieces - each piece is rather large. But it is a great way to make any layered, pressed, cold rice meal item. The plastic is nice and thick.

Good Buy to Bad looking Sushi

Decent price and a lot less expensive than the Commercial Model when doing large amounts of Sushi which occurs infrequently. Its a go-to for parties and such
