The belt is very small & I can barely put it on. They do offer an attachment at an additional cost $$$$ ( that's why the belt is small).

It's a little dynamo that packs a punch.

I was skeptical about how effective the flex pro would be until I set the mode and the intensity and away it went I have been using it for one month and I can't believe the difference in my core strength already. You have to remember in order to get that washboard stomach it's 20% exercise and 80% diet. I know without a doubt my three month goal to have killer abs is going to happen.
