I was hoping the cookbook would have some of the same recipes the original book has, but it doesn't. It's a good thing I made copies of the recipes I wanted from the books I borrowed from the library. Works for me

South Beach is a hybrid of low carb, Mediterranean, and keto. It is sustainable. This is the third copy I've bought because I use it so much.

Really works!

I got this book for my husband because his doctor recommended it. This was the easiest diet change ever. my husband felt lighter and healthier after a week. I surely notice a difference as well.

I have been on this diet for ten days and have lost 5 or 6 pounds. Expect to eat a lot of eggs or egg substitute. NO bread, cookies, etc. NO sugar, potatoes, rice. It's an extremely low carb diet. The first week or so of this diet are tough as with any diet but the book is easy to follow and has some great recipes.
