Finally the right way to eat for everyone.
I am 75 and for the first time I find a diet I can follow and lose weight. This is the way I like to eat and I find it very easy to follow thought Christmas has been a little to much on the sweet side. I can go back to eating right and drop the pounds. Great recipes and illustrations
